All orders are processed and shipped by Nature Watch (our parent company) from our warehouse in Southern California. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from info@nature-watch.com that will include FedEx, UPS or USPS tracking information.
When will you receive your order?Standard Shipping
Orders leave our Southern California warehouse within 2 business days (does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays) and ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service. Orders placed today should reach customers in the western U.S. in 4-5 days, in the central U.S. in 5-6 days, and in the eastern U.S. in 6-7 days.
Express Shipping: Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air
Looking to receive your order sooner than standard shipping will allow? We offer Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day options. At checkout you can select the option that best meets your needs. Please Note: Express orders placed weekdays by 12:30pm PST will ship that same day; if you place your order after 12:30pm PST it will ship on the next business day. We always do our part to get express orders out the door on time; however, Fed Ex does NOT guarantee the delivery day and we are unable to provide refunds for late shipments.
Express Delivery is not available for custom personalized name plates. Custom personalized name plates are always shipped separately and may take up to 2 weeks to reach you.
How do you know what your shipping charge will be?
We want you to know your shipping charges up front, before you need to provide us with any credit card or address information. To do so, simply add items to your cart and then view your cart. The cart will automatically determine your shipping charges based on the items you have selected. By checking your cart, you can quickly and easily know exactly what your shipping charge will be. No surprises at the end!
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and U.S. Military Bases Overseas are via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process. You will see the calculated shipping rates for your order prior to entering any credit card information. (Please note that the shipping charge shown in the shopping cart does not reflect your special location.) The correct shipping charge will be displayed after you enter your shipping address and before you confirm your final purchase.

Guarantee & Returns:
We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason your merchandise does not meet your needs or expectations, call within 30 days of the date of purchase for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returned materials must be unused, in the original packaging, and in saleable condition. Please include a copy of your invoice if it is available. Return shipping fees and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Award Arrow Kits.com / Nature-Watch will refund the full amount of the merchandise you purchased.
