Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Sales tax is collected only on orders shipping to our home state, California. All other orders will not have tax included during checkout. 
 
Why is my order shipped by Nature Watch?
Award Arrow Kits.com is a division of Nature Watch. It was created to provide scout leaders with a quick and easy way to order Arrow of Light kits. Nature Watch has been providing scout leaders and youth development professionals and educators with quality products since 1987.
 
How will I know if my on-line order was accepted?
We will send you an e-mail that includes an order confirmation number to confirm that your order has been received. We generally ship orders within 1 business day. 
 
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail with your shipment's tracking number when your order is shipped.This email will come from [email protected].  You are also welcome to email us to check on the status of your order at i[email protected], Please note that if you are looking for your custom name plates, these always ship separately after being custom produced and can take up to 2 weeks to be received. They will arrive in a plain white envelope via the United States Postal Service.
 
How long after I place my order does my credit card get charged?
When you place your order, our website will confirm that you have entered your credit card information correctly, that the card is valid and that sufficient credit is available.Typically your order will be reviewed and your credit card will be charged either the same day or the next business day after you place your order on our website (depending on what time you place your order).  Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Monday morning are reviewed and charged on Monday.
 
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason your merchandise does not meet your needs or expectations, email us within 30 days of the date of purchase for return authorization. Please be sure to include all of the details about your order and the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returned materials must be unused, in the original packaging, and in saleable condition. Please include a copy of your invoice if you have it available. Return shipping fees and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
